I just got the results of the MPRE for March of 2018. I received a score of 104. I only need a 86 to pass for California. I only studied with the practice questions and A Short and Happy Guide to the MPRE. It has been 25 years since I took it the first time. Both were really good. So happy I don't have to take it again.
Pretty good study guide. Bought it as a study guide for my ethics class and the test questions were substantially different than the questions presented in the book. However, I imagine that these questions look more like the bar than my final did. Good luck!

It was hard to find a decent MPRE question book because the other book was focused on the obscure. This book was right on target.
Good set of practice questions. Used this in addition to the free online course offered by BarBri and managed to pass the MPRE this last March with flying colors. A good prep resource
THIS BOOK has great explanations and questions that are presented in a repetitive pattern to reinforce learning. I passed the MPRE in michigan using this book.
