The book was very helpful to me because, I suffer with acid re-flux disease and candida.There were a lot of helpful tips like how a person's diet plays a role in their health.The book also discusses trans fats and good fats along with healthy snacks to eat which i foundbeneficial. Very happy with the purchase.

This book will truly help you learn what to eat and when to eat it. If you are on a first date, you can learn tips to still eat heathy. You can avoid junk food if you are stressed. This book will help you improve your eating habits overall and give you valuable tips to help you lead a healthier lifestyle.

This book was ridiculous. It was poorly written and contained all sorts of conflicting recommendations. For example, in one chapter it recommends avoiding peanut butter because it naturally contains trans fat. In other chapters peanut butter is recommended. In another chapter the authors claims that olive oil, avocado and nuts are bad fats and should be avoided, which of course is contradicted in all other chapters. Don’t waste your time on this hodgepodge.

I found this book very helpful. I had never given much thought to when I ate before. This book is like a blueprint to better health.

I appreciated this read because it gave me great new tips that I can easily implement right away, but it doesn't just explain what to do and why, the when is so important as well. I work nights so it really affects my eating habits, and I found easy methods to help keep me fueled in a healthy way. It helped me understand the importance of giving our body what it needs and when it's needed, which will vary depending on the circumstances, making it a great book to refer back to.
